Breaking the Silence – a virtual reality guided tour of the exhibition
6500 visitors went to see the exhibition "Breaking the silence. Witnesses of an occupation – Israeli soldiers report" in September 2012. This was a great number considering the fact that the exhibition was unusually short and lasted for only two weeks. For those who did not manage to see it in Berlin, the activist Nadav Bigelman can show a film guiding you through the exhibition The exhibition was made possible thanks to the support of the Threshold Foundation, medico international, EED, Misereor and the circle of friends from the Willy-Brandt-Haus.
MHOLA Mama's Hope Organization for Legal Asisstance
MHOLA (Mama's Hope Organization for Legal Assistance) is an organization in Bukoba / Tanzania which offers legal advice and aid, primarily to women and children. It is also responsible for creating awareness about women's and children's rights within society, training people in positions of responsibility and providing information on the subjects of health and hygiene. All activities aim to strengthen the position of the weakest people in society. MHOLA has been a new partner for the Threshold Foundation since 2011.
